What can I do when a Foreign teacher prevents me from learning the course?

I’m a real hard-worker but the way she teaches is confusing because her english isn’t stable. And I’m taking IB Chem -.-

Then you need to talk to her.Or else tell this to your school counselor.But you have to also understand that speaking a foreign language like a native is difficult.I am a graduate and as far as I know of college level chemistry,only basic level English is required to teach and understand it.You have to ask yourself whether its just about not being able to understand what your teacher is teaching or some racist feeling that you have for foreigners.
