How do I clear energy blockages in my heart and throat chakras (unable to feel because of the energy).?

I do feel the energy of the initiations, and I naturally feel the warmth of healing in my hands and feel the heat on myself during meditation and discovery of myself cured of a painful disease. Since this happened, I felt very tightly shut, and had a hard time feeling the energy move my body and I can not feel and receive downloaded initiation energy. I was told my heart and throat chakras are frustrated. TAT I did for this, but I'm not helped secure. Does anyone have any suggestions for removing these energy blocks, or perhaps a psychic or empathic, could offer a suggestion as What about me? I am a woman living in the central state of Washington, and I have 45 years of age. Thanks for any suggestions or help!
