Would you present you children with Bible stories as if they were true?
Some agnostic atheist R&S user who thought they were being all “open minded” just posted a question and said they would definitely teach their children Bible stories to be “fair”.
But what they didn’t elaborate on, was if they would teach them as if they were true. Wouldn’t it be dishonest to teach your children stories which have no historicity or factual value whatsoever? Would you note that these stories never actually happened? And that scientific concensus and all of the evidence show otherwise?
Wouldn’t this be a similar situation to teaching your child that Santa gives them presents, and the tooth fairy gives them money, to be “open minded”?
Yes, of course, and in the most convincing manner possible, after all, I love mind games. ^_^
I trust my genes to provide my progeny with the intellect required for them to think for themselves. ^_^’

My intention is to try and offer a little something of interest for everyone who may drop by -- in fact, no one should be able to arrive on this website and find nothing whatsoever that catches their notice. And should anyone feel like posting a comment -- why, all the better!
