Is this a violation of employment law to send a religious message on a company bulletin board?

I refer to a table used to screen posting notices of the company in a business. This is not a government entity, but a division of a publicly traded.

If this forum is government property and government affairs, would be a misuse of government property to use this forum for personal issues such as religious or social reasons. If it is a private owned enterprise, the law prohibits discrimination in employment, promotions, and so on, but I'm not aware of any law prohibiting management or employees to use the poster to advertise church services, following biblical quotations, or use them for personal use and / or religious. However, it is perfectly possible that the employer may have not use the bulletin board for purposes not directly related to the implementation of business the employer. If someone takes possession of company property for religious reasons, and affects their job performance (or profitability of the company) and contact his office ethics in business anonymously. I doubt I have broken the law if such a message.
