buy longboard Beginner: Kracked skulls M1?

I want to buy a longboard. I am a beginner. I do not want to spend over $ 200. I advice that will last a while (ie do not have to upgrade when my skill level increases.) I have heard much of the M1 Kracked skull. Is this good advice? I was the movement and sculpture with the council. How long should I wait? 40-inch, 43 or 46?
