Teacher’s essay pays off for special education classroom

A Crystal Park special education preschool teacher has received a national award for an essay on how technology helps in her classroom.

In the second annual CDW Canada‘s Teaching with Technology Story and Sweepstakes contest, Gail Grant was one of six teachers who described in 200 to 500 words how technology has improved or enhanced the learning experience in their classroom.

Grant, who has taught preschool at Crystal Park for 10 years, said the award was unexpected but thrilling nonetheless.… [Read the rest of that article here.]
