Help with First Aid cub scout activity for 3rd graders?

I have volunteered to lead the activity on First Aid for my son’s 3rd grade cub scouts (bears) and would appreciate some help to make this a fun exercise. Please share some ideas that might be of help. Thank you

Not sure that 3rd grade boys would enjoy working with teddy bears How long does the activity have to be? How about making individual first aid kits that the boys can take home with them? Each kid could bring in a quantity of a first aid item (band aids, alcohol pads, cotton swabs, etc). It should be enough that everyone in the group will get some. The case for the kit could be a pencil box, Gladware, or even a Ziploc bag. I did this activity for my Girl Scouts troop. My husband is a scientist and was able to bring home little plastic cases that pipette tips come in. Kids love bringing home things like this and I guarantee they will use it at some point! You could also have an EMT or a firefighter come to speak…or better yet, take them to a fire station!!
