Dave Ramsey readers: total transformation of your money which is the Financial Peace Revisited different enough purchasing?

I'm not a debt, I am using books and learn to budget cash flow. I work in a hospital and the CIA by the hospital, but my contributions are not covered. Also I have a rollover IRA. No PEL (Views local suppliers in my area). There is a 2 hour drive. I have to learn more about mutual funds and if I can have a PEL manage my TSA and roll for me or if I can do. I am very confused about how the movement and how to manage or have managed. I just want to have something with a long history of good yields and store it and forget it. 1) Is the financial value to buy peace in my situation, if I have money makeover? 2) Is it worth driving ELP for two hours? Here is a long distance relationship like that work? 3) If no number 2, How I can know what you need to know about CST and bearings and how to manage the funds of my own choosing good long-term performance? I have read the two books. For location, no, do not buy the FPU reviewed. I think a two-hour PEL trip worthwhile. I have a financial advisor in this regard so far and discuss one or two times but after that do by phone or email. I do not pretend you do by yourself, get the PRS and ask for help.
