1940s and 1950s Harvard professors biographys?

Where can I find biographies for Professors who were at Harvard in the 1940s and 1950s. I already tryed to get information through the Harvard University site but they wouldn’t let me on without some kind of University ID. I am doing genealogy research on Paleontologist Nelda E. Wright who was on the staff during that time period. Any help is appreciated.
