Does the army offer Russian as a foreign language course?

Well I’m going into the army and I want to study the Russian language. I want to be able to read, write and speak fluent Russian. So does the army offer the ability to take a Russian language course or something similar?

only those in the Linguist MOS can attend DLI , but what language you get will be determiend by their need, and Russian is not always needed.
