I am applying for law school before, but I will not go to law school under the same conditions ultimately intend to live in. So my question is: If I go to law school in a state, how I can configure to practice law in a state different after graduation? I have to take two different tests of bars? If so, it will be difficult to pass the exam in the second state, and did not study law in this state? It also has the MBE (Bar exam in several states) play any role? Thanks PS – If it makes a difference, I have intention of studying law in the mainland United States, but after law school I have the intention of returning to Hawaii, where the family lives of my wife. So I go to school here on the continent, but I want to end the practice in Hawaii. Besides, I have plans to go to law school at the University of Hawaii where as a response does not help much. Thanks again!
A large percentage of people in the law school have no intention of exercising in the state that is its law school. Law schools generally teach and federal "common" law, which will help a little on the MBE. Most states (or all?) Require applicants to take the bar two MBE and a species-specific status for passing the bar exam. What is not taught in law school is the substance Specifically, if you get some information about the state of things, depending on which option to take. For example, the state took over the specific test Each state law family law agency, the state law of each State, the Constitution, and many other issues specific to each state. The fact that I had studied law enforcement agency, the Federal Constitutional Law, etc. in the law school gave me a foundation on which to build an understanding of the specific situation of things, though does not say exactly what I needed to know for the bar exam. I learned the tricks specific state in my review course, and you too.
