How to help my 3 year old with her Phonics/ and reading.?

She is in pre-school- but she just cannot focus there, so i have started to help her at home! Any tips! For getting ger to learn her Phonics and Simple reading.

Find a better preschool. That is not appropriate curriculum for a three year old. Find a place where children learn through play and where formal academics are not a part of the routine.
