The sale of the resale rights to an e-book I do?

Someone asked to buy the right to sell an electronic book made me. I spent many days and hours to assemble and sell very well at $ 15 electronic book (unless I sell 1-3 a day). I believe this, but I'm not sure what you should pricing my rights as an electronic book is very popular. Does anyone have any idea what kind of price i should offer this person. Given this person is likely to have a case to me (I sell on Ebay and my book is the only one)
