Can an employer file H1B for me in my final year degree in computer science? I am studying abroad on f1visa.?

I wonder if I can contact with employers after they graduate next spring. will be able to present a visa for me? Because the term will not be approved by no chicken? How soon? Is it April. Please advice.

H1B is 1st.you presentation should start in April filling out the paperwork at least one month before deadline.your wage income and must be approved by the Working board.Are TPP is working in your school? It would be good for one year that would give him time to present next year.
