what happens in california when a newborn tests positive for marijuana?
This is only for women who have been thru this or know 4 sure someone who has. IN CALIFORNIA, when do hospitals drug test newborns and what happens if they test positive for MARIJUANA ONLY! If someone knows the laws and procedure for california that would be great. Please no hateful answers I won’t read them. Thank u!!
i would say nothing?.. they shouldnt have a reason to test the baby… and marijuana has very minor if any at all effects on a baby in the womb.. they do not get “addicted” nor do they go through withdrawls. the worst possible thing that could happen is the birth weight could be smaller then usual. i woudnt worry about it.. hope this helps
