How do I safely remove my window sticker, but still be able to re-stick it?

I have a window sticker on my bedroom window, but I just got a car and I want to put it on there. Can I without ruining it?

a straight razor blade will remove it but might not stick so good my suggestion is a heat gun to heat it up to peel it back but be careful not to get the glass too hot good luck
