Hello again, well since you have two wish stones it will not matter because you can meet jirachi the first time to make a wish and use a wish stone, then meet jirachi again and recruit it since you have to have a wish stone to recruit or make a wash or you can sell it.So nothing bad will happen if you have the 2 stones.
