Whats the difference between being Wiccan or a Witch?

Some people say that they are a Witch but aren’t Wiccan or the other way around. I don’t get it. Help on understanding??? Thanx:)

Wicca is a religion that may or may not pratice witchcraft.
Witchcraft is NOT a religion at all. It is, simply put, a way or system of ways to bend the world around you to your will… it’s really much more than that, but I thought a more simplistic answer was all that was needed here.
